Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all well.
Wow what a bust week last week was, I was giving presentations all over the place sometimes three a day! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I'm glad that all that attended the presentations also enjoyed themselves, well I'm guessing they did as I did get standing ovations - quite humbling really, thank you!
Well my Girl guides at Muir Lake never disappoint me and they did so well as my volunteers, it's just a shame that I had to execute so many of them - don't panic I didn't really but they did get an idea of what it would be like to be executed and how it would feel to have your head on a block. The girls also got an idea of what torture was like and I'm not sure they will be eating sausages anytime soon - lol. Thank you girls, as always you made me laugh and I loved your Halloween costumes.
As well as presenting to the Girl Guides I was also at schools, libraries, youth groups and a few private parties and funnily enough as it was Halloween the audiences wanted to hear about all the gruesome details concerning executions, torture, prisoners and of course all things that go 'Bump' in the night.
I'm having a week off this week but I'm back in the thick of it next week with presentations near and far again, most of them are private groups however I shall be at Onoway library on Wednesday 13th November 2013, giving a presentation to the 'Armchair Travellers' group and it is open for all to attend and it's FREE, so if you would like to see one of my presentations why not come along - I hope to see you there.
Until next time
Take care
Heather
